My Online Services

01.

We offer both virtual and in-person counseling services for clients within our insurance network. To get started, simply follow the “Contact Us” link in the top corner of our website. There, you can provide your insurance details, availability, and a brief description of the services you’re seeking. While you don’t need to go into full detail about your concerns, you’re welcome to share as much as you feel is necessary. Please note: New Jersey and Nevada residents can access virtual sessions only,  in-person sessions starting in Nevada only starting in late 2025. We look forward to supporting you on your journey

Sex therapy often carries an intriguing reputation, with many counselors hesitant to navigate the sensitive topics it involves. However, sex is a natural and integral part of life that can sometimes lead to distress. Whether due to challenges with our bodies, our partners, or our own inner struggles, these issues can surface during one of the most intimate and vulnerable acts we experience. At its core, sex is a beautiful yet complex part of life that nearly everyone engages in, whether with a partner or oneself.

Our goal is to provide a safe space to address these challenges, which may include both biological and mental factors affecting sexual health. This could mean difficulties such as delayed or unsatisfying climax, erectile dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, or low libido. It might also involve emotional and psychological barriers, like low self-esteem, shame, trauma, self-soothing behaviors, or distressing thoughts.

Our clinicians are especially dedicated to creating a safe and welcoming environment for the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as for individuals exploring non-traditional lifestyles, including polyamory, swingers, and open relationships. We support those discovering their sexuality or seeking to embrace their true selves. Together, we’ll work to remove the stigma surrounding sex, helping you navigate your concerns with compassion and professional guidance. Here, you are free to explore and grow without judgment

ADHD isn’t something to be “cured,” but rather understood and managed. Unfortunately, symptoms are often mislabeled as laziness, messiness, or disorganization. While these traits may surface at times, perspective matters! Many individuals with ADHD are also highly focused, empathetic, resilient, and strong-willed. The key is understanding how to channel that energy effectively.

Through techniques like habit stacking, building motivation, and learning about hormone regulation, we’ll explore why you are already enough—while also helping you identify where to focus your energy. Together, we’ll work on small, meaningful changes and perspective shifts that can lead to effective daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Using a baby-step approach, we’ll meet you where you are, honoring your willingness and pacing, as we find motivation for change together. You are capable of creating a life where ADHD becomes a strength, not a struggle.

Using a client-centered approach, we will work together to build a genuine rapport and delve into your unique story—your history, experiences, and the paths that have brought you here. I want to understand what brings you joy, as well as what has left you feeling out of control in your life and emotions. Through this collaboration, we’ll uncover patterns and explore what has shaped your perspective.

By blending techniques from CBT, DBT, and the early stages of Internal Family Systems (IFS)—please note, I am not a certified IFS clinician, and I encourage you to visit their website for certified practitioners—we will engage in narrative talk therapy to identify actionable steps for improvement. While this approach is solution-focused, it also emphasizes meeting you exactly where you are, using a compassionate, baby-step method to guide your journey. Together, we’ll work toward regaining control over your life and fostering a deeper, more positive sense of self.

Attachment theory is one of the most impactful frameworks I use in modern practice to help clients explore and understand their relationships—with themselves and with others. Who are you? What’s your relationship with yourself? How do you connect with others? Are these relationships positive and fulfilling, or do you find yourself in constant conflict—internally or externally? Do you take things personally, avoid conflict, or feel too anxious to advocate for yourself? Perhaps you feel taken advantage of, struggle with loyalty, or find it difficult to be alone.

These questions often point to attachment-related issues that influence how we navigate life and relationships. Attachment theory is crucial in understanding the dynamics of connection, yet many people are unaware of how to form healthy, secure relationships. Those who may benefit from this work include individuals who are anxious or avoidant, those struggling with personality disorders like Borderline Personality Disorder, and people processing grief and loss. Together, we’ll unpack these patterns and work toward building stronger, healthier connections with yourself and others.
